The Bearspaw Community Association is governed by a dedicated team of elected volunteer directors who live and care deeply about this community.
Volunteer-Led Since 1979
The BCA is a non-profit society governed entirely by volunteer community members. Our board of directors is elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and is accountable to the membership of the association.

Chair
Leads the board of directors and oversees the strategic direction of the Bearspaw Community Association.
Julian Hallett
Vice Chair
Supports the Chair and steps in as needed to ensure continuity of leadership.
Amanda Wright
Treasurer
Manages the financial health of the association, including budgeting, reporting, and fiduciary oversight.
Kathryn Clancy
Secretary
Maintains records, minutes, and correspondence for the board and association.
Victoria Bell
Facilities Chair
Oversees facility management and capital improvements to serve the community.
Carmel Loria
Director at Large
Represents the broader community interests and participates in key board decisions.
Stephanie D'Hondt
Director at Large
Brings community voice to the board and supports initiatives across programs and events.
